Key Responsibilities:
To perform all operations tasks requested by the Cultivation Leaders and Supervisors.
Operate according to the highest standards and protocols provided for each task.
At all times to be aware of the health and hygiene of you and all teammates, report any risks to your supervisor.
Always be aware of the health and cleanliness of the plants and surrounding plants.
Always work safe, according to the law and Grovida standards.
Cooperate with the health and safety responsible to guarantee at the specific team level the deployment of best practises.
Main activities preform move plants, trellising, clean growing areas, harvest and more.
Comply with the safety and hygiene regulations that apply in the company.
Perform tasks requested by your supervisor.
Always use the necessary PPE depending on the action to be performed and the material used.
Keep cleaned and disinfected the Processing Area: floor, walls, working tables, scales, trimmers, conveyors, containers, boxes, pallets, trolleys, and other equipment.
Bring all material needed for Harvest in sufficient quantity: boxes, containers, drying trays, pallets, trolleys, and other stuff.
Check the presence of cleaning material, detergents, PPE, other stuff in sufficient quantity. Notify Post-Harvest Supervisor if something missing and/or need to buy.
Inspect and sort the product from other botanical parts, diseases, foreign matter, inappropriate appearance, or any other unconformities.
Weigh the product and assemble stacks as needed.
Keep workplace clean and organised.
Weight and take out to the Shredding Room all the waste.
Between different batches clean all equipment and surfaces, change containers, boxes, pallets etc. for clean ones. Make sure that nothing left from the previous batch inside the Processing Area to avoid contaminations.
In the end of Harvest take out all dirty boxes, trays, pallets to the washing area; clean all the rooms, surfaces, equipment.
Perform manual trimming when it necessary.
Perform other tasks outside Post-Harvest when requested by your supervisor.

Qualifications:
Fluent in English and Portuguese.
